Privacy Policy
Effective October 29, 2026. My Homeowner Coverage (myhomeownercoverage.com) is operated by Upper Echelon Marketing Corp, which does business as My Homeowner Coverage ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use this site, what we do with it, who receives it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
What you give us. Your answers to the questions on this site (for example the coverage amount you want, who you want to protect, your age range, tobacco use and similar insurance-related answers), your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, state and, where asked, date of birth.
Your consent record. The exact consent wording shown next to the button you clicked, the time you clicked it, and a certificate made by our independent consent-recording provider (ActiveProspect TrustedForm) that documents what was on the screen during your visit.
Collected automatically. Your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visited, how long the form took, the ad or link that brought you here (for example campaign and click identifiers) and form-security signals described below.
How we use it
- To do what you asked: connect you with licensed insurance agents who can answer your request about mortgage protection and life insurance.
- To verify that the phone number belongs to you (we may text you a one-time code).
- To keep proof of your consent and of what you saw, and to honor any request to stop contact.
- To detect and prevent fraud, fake submissions and abuse, and to comply with the law.
- To measure which ads and pages work, using campaign identifiers rather than your answers. We do not send your questionnaire answers to advertising platforms.
How we share it, including sale of your request
Please understand: when you submit a request on this site, your information is provided, and sold, to licensed insurance agents and agencies so that they can contact you about mortgage protection and life insurance. They buy requests through WeGenerate Agents, a marketplace for licensed agents operated by Upper Echelon Marketing Corp. The agents and agencies who may contact you are named on our Marketing Partners list. After they receive your request, their use of it is also governed by their own privacy practices and by law. Under some state privacy laws this is a "sale" of personal information; see "Your state privacy rights" below.
We also share information with service providers that work for us under contract (website hosting, SMS and phone carriers, consent recording, form security and fraud prevention, and ad measurement); with professional advisors; with a buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized; and with authorities when the law requires it or to protect rights and safety.
Calls, texts and emails
The consent shown next to the button you clicked describes who may contact you and how. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts from that sender, reply HELP for help, or tell any caller to stop calling. You can also ask us to stop all contact from us and our partners using the contact details below; we honor requests within the time the law requires and pass them on to agents who received your request. Phone numbers and opt-in records collected for text messages are not shared with third parties for their own marketing, other than the agents named in your consent.
Your state privacy rights
Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia and other states), you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete your information, subject to legal exceptions (for example, records of consent we must keep);
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising (Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information);
- Limit the use of sensitive information, where the law gives that right;
- Not be treated differently for using these rights, and appeal if we refuse a request.
To use any of these rights, including to opt out of the sale of your information, write to Upper Echelon Marketing Corp, 1855 Griffin Rd Ste A-410, Dania Beach, FL 33004. We will confirm your identity using the details from your request and reply within the time your state's law requires. An authorized agent may act for you with proof of authority. Opting out stops future sales; to stop contact from agents who already received your request, also reply STOP or tell them.
Cookies and form security
We use cookies and similar technologies that the site needs to work, to remember the ad or link that brought you here, and to protect the form. To block fake and automated submissions we use Cloudflare Turnstile and record limited device details, form timing and submission attempts. Our consent-recording provider records the page as you saw and used it, so that your consent can be proved. You can control cookies in your browser, but blocking them may stop the form from working.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax and audit duties. Consent records and certificates are kept for as long as they may be needed to prove consent, generally at least five years. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
This site is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor's information was submitted, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We post updates here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects information we already collected, we will give additional notice before it takes effect.
